IMPORTANT NEWS TO ALL FARMERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY

New IRS Form 1099 Requirements for Farmers

Beginning in 2012, farmers and other business owners will be forced to file an IRS Form 1099 for every non-payroll transaction exceeding $600.  The goal of this new reporting requirement is to catch unreported income to the IRS but it will effectively force farmers to invest a substantial amount of time and staff in order to comply with this new mandate. For many family farmers in New York State, it could mean as many as five hundred 1099 forms in a single year.

Encourage your representatives in Congress to oppose this unreasonable requirement and let New York farmers do their jobs without drowning in unnecessary paperwork.
Vote All Progressive Democrats out of Office in 2010 and 2012 to Save the Farmers from this Absurdity
All Democrats in Office Today support this Insanity and must be voted out of office.
This is not Political - It's a personal and business attack on small, mid size, and corporate farmers
Just a footnote * This is a requirement for all types of businesses across the country!
